I started H.O.P.E. in Action LLC, because I understand that transformation is not always easy. I believe in meeting organizations where they are and using iterative processes, customized interventions, and evidence-based strategies to mobilize antiracism, diversity, equity, and inclusion into the fabric of institutional infrastructure. I believe in using approaches that center the margins to prioritize communities that are most impacted by systemic injustice. If you are looking for an authentic and innovative solution, I would like to partner with you to help lead the paradigm shift you are seeking.
