Background
​HOPE IN ACTION is an independent consulting LLC established by Dr. Ersaleen M. Hope.
Dr. Hope has mobilized organizational and design justice principles using quality consulting and transformational coaching since 2022. With over 10 years as a leader working in both the public and nonprofit sectors, leaving an indelible mark on school districts, government entities, nonprofit organizations, and communities throughout the State of Colorado.
